When You Need More
Beyond a Normal Sunday
Your volunteer team can run a typical Sunday — but conferences, multi-camera broadcasts, and guest-speaker events often need professional crew on the board. We provide technical direction, camera ops, A2 assist, and show calling so your team can focus on the ministry.
Whether it's a one-night revival or a three-day conference, we scale crew and gear to match the event.

Frequently Asked
Common Questions About Live Production for Churches
What does live production support actually include?
Pre-event programming and rehearsal, day-of show calling, audio mix, lighting operation, camera switching, and livestream encoding — whatever roles you're missing on the day. We can run the whole booth or fill specific gaps.
Can you handle camera-switching for our livestream?
Yes. We bring a video switcher, multiple cameras, an encoder, and an experienced operator. We've livestreamed conferences, revivals, album releases, and Sunday services. Output goes to YouTube, Facebook, custom RTMP, or your own platform.
Do you provide your own gear or use ours?
Either. We'll bring everything (rental rate applies), augment your gear with what's missing, or run pure show-call on your house system. We'll quote the option that matches your budget and risk tolerance.
How many crew members come with a typical event?
It scales with the event. A simple revival with one PA stack and basic lighting needs 2–3 people. A multi-camera conference with stream and stage lighting may take 6–8. We size the crew to the show, not to a package.
