Common Questions About AV Rentals

How far in advance should I book a rental?

Two to four weeks for most events. Easter and Christmas weeks book out 2–3 months in advance — especially for line array and lighting packages. The earlier you book, the more flexibility we have on gear selection.

Do you deliver and set up, or is it pickup-only?

Delivery, setup, operation, and teardown are included on every rental. We don't do dry hire — our gear goes out with our crew. That keeps quality consistent and lets your event team focus on the service, not the cables.

Can you provide an operator for the event?

Yes. A1 audio engineer, lighting tech, video switcher, livestream operator — we crew the whole booth or just the role you're missing. Eman or another senior engineer mixes most events personally.

What's your service area for rentals?

Ohio is our home turf and the bulk of our work. We do travel out-of-state regularly for revivals, conferences, and album releases — call us with your dates and we'll quote travel transparently.
